Hi everyone! It’s been almost a month since my last post and I decided that I need to post something and I didn’t want to keep calling every post “Has it been that long? Part XVI”. It has been a very, very busy month for me! As most of you who read my blog know, I have been making and selling a game called cornhole to help bring in some income after I got laid off this past July after the company I was working for filed for bankrupcy. We were doing a few sets a month….until Thanksgiving. That’s when the floodgates opened and I have been trying to keep my head above the water! Since Thanksgiving we have had over 35 orders for customized sets and have had several t-shirt orders. It’s been overwhelming at times, but only a few more sets to complete before Christmas! God has truely blessed this little business and it continues to amaze me every time the phone rings. So the reason I haven’t posted in a while is because we’ve been putting in 10-12 hr. days for most of December trying to meet our deadlines and by the time I get back home all I want to do is sleep. I should take a picture of our operation so you guys can see what they heck we are doing.

The jr. high boys basketball team that I told you to pray for is off to an 0-4 start. They have had a rough start and a lot of it has to do with their experience and attentiveness. The team is comprised of 7th and 8th graders, but they are mostly 7th graders and are playing against mostly 8th graders. But, they are getting better and hopefully by the end of the season will peak right before the tournament.
